David is the founder and Chief Operating Officer of 3D Global and is the major shareholder and Chairman of 3D Global Holdings Limited. Prior to 3D Global, he worked for Electronic Data Systems and Grand Metropolitan in London. In 1990, he moved to Hong Kong as an investment advisor and then back to Europe in 1996 to start up 3D Global.
David graduated from Manchester University with a BSc(Hons) in Languages & Pure Mathematics and an M.Sc in Systems & Control. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning with the UK Chartered Insurance Institute and has professional qualifications with respect to investment and insurance services.
Mark is head of Investment Advice at 3D Global. He began his Financial services career almost 30 years ago in the UK. Having learnt the basics in London with Merchant investors and Abbey Life he moved into management with Friends Provident before moving to work in the Middle East in 1995. Building his own client base at the same time as developing a successful branch office in the Gulf, Mark has been involved in all aspects of managing client wealth, from accumulating assets to portfolio construction and management.
Mark is a Director of the two operating companies and also a shareholder of 3D Global Holdings, he also serves as a member of the company’s Pensions, Investment and Risk committees.
Mark is a member by qualification of the Personal Finance Society, holding the Diploma in Financial Planning, a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and holds professional qualifications for insurance, and for investment services from the Cyprus ministry of finance. He is also registered as a European Financial Advisor with the European Financial Planning Association.
Barbara is a Director of 3D Global Financial Services Limited and is the group compliance and finance officer. She joined 3D Global in 2001 as a client services manager but has worked in a number of positions at the centre of the group’s activities. Prior to this, Barbara spent almost 20 years in administration positions with various companies in the UK including the National Coal Board.
Having served as the Chief Operating Officer for the last three years the reigns have been handed back to David the major shareholder and founder of 3D Global.
Tony will concentrate on developing new business for the company both in the financial services side and the insurance company. His career started in 1980 and he has 39 years’ experience in the financial services sector with the last 11 years operating internationally. He is an excellent communicator promoting holistic independent advice, whilst building profitable funds under management and has a skill in creating and developing relationships through networks throughout Europe and the Middle East.
Tony remains as a Shareholder and Director of the company and is a qualified member of the UK’s Personal Finance Society and a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute by examination.
Richard joined 3D Global in May 2008, having previously worked for eight years as an independent financial advisor in his native Scotland.
He advised both corporate and private clients, and prior to this, was in sales management with a major Life and Investment company based in Glasgow for ten years.
Furthermore, he has been developing 3D Global’s business activities in Malta in recent times.
Richard has been appointed as Chairman of 3D Global pensions committee and also, was Consultant of the Year for 2010 and runner up in 2011.
In addition, Richard holds CII professional qualifications for Investment and Insurance services and is currently working towards Diploma status.
Elaine has worked in Financial Services for 27 years, predominantly in Administration and Accounts. She joined 3D Global in July 2015 and with her knowledge and experience, now heads up the Group Administration team.
Outside of work and having lived in Cyprus since 1980, Elaine enjoys the outdoor lifestyle of Cyprus, including swimming, golfing, cycling and hiking.
Alison runs the Client Services back office at 3D Global. She had previously worked with 3D Global from 2004 until 2008. She relocated to USA where she lived for 6 years. Missing Cyprus so much she returned to the Island and has rejoined 3D Global and enjoys working with client services once again.
Andrew joined the Financial Services Industry in 1979 working in several senior management positions for major companies. From 1995 to 2001 managed his own Independent Financial Advisory company in the UK.
In 2001, he joined 3D Global, promoting the company’s investment and insurance services and introduced a number of top insurers to the company’s range. In 2006, he set up the company’s general insurance department which he now runs.
Andrew holds professional qualifications in insurance services.
Peter has been involved in the financial services industry for over 30 years working during that time in the UK, Norway and Cyprus. He joined 3D Global in 2002 having previously managed his own Cyprus based financial services company which he set up in 1995.
Peter has been the Chairman of the company’s Investment Committee for a number of years. The Committee plays an important role in deciding the products and services we offer as well as evaluating the various investments our client’s monies are placed into. Meeting at least four times a year the Committee members have between them over 100 years’ financial services experience.
Peter advises both individual and corporate clients throughout Europe with regular visits to a number of countries.
Peter holds the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Advanced qualification.
Outside of 3D Global Peter regularly visits the gym and is a keen football follower.
